Haltwhistle Swimming & Leisure Centre (HSLC) are seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor for works that comprises the stripping out of the main, learner and paddling pool water treatment equipment, along with associated ancillaries from the basement pool plant area and replacing with new. Additionally, there are associated access and external works, involving a replacement comprehensive metal ramp, replacement external doors and enabling groundworks. You are invited to tender for performing as Principal Contractor and main coordinator.
