We have developed a proven track record to work independently or as outsourcers for major Loss Adjusters and insurance companies. Our service is focused on customer care which provides that all important link between the policyholder and the claims handler.
From our Head Office in Hexham, we are centrally located to provide an efficient service throughout the North of England and Southern Scotland. When required, we have flexibility to assist our clients by providing nationwide coverage to help with major events such as the South Yorkshire floods.
Our claims handling service includes a detailed assessment of the building to identify the nature and extent of damage. Once policy liability issues have been resolved, we produce contract documentation for the reinstatement process. Builders with appropriate skills and experience are selected from our approved list to tender for the repair work. CHA project manage the reinstatement scheme to completion. We actively encourage teamwork between all parties to seek a successful and speedy solution.
We have handled hundreds of insurance claims for subsidence, heave and landslip, and as a result, our Chartered Engineers and Surveyors have amassed considerable expertise about the causes of such damage and the most appropriate repair solutions.
